Which meant a complete demolition of old tile work, millwork, sanitaryware, kitchen appliances and partitions trapping natural light from passing thru. Oh did I mention the house is home to 2 Dogs and a Cat. The theme for this home is Mid-Century Modern (MCM) house, an architectural style popular from 1945 to 1975. It is characterized by clean lines, flat or low-pitched rooflines, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Took us 2 months to design and finalise every finish, texture, wallpaper, veneer and textile. End result: A warm, cozy abode in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
